After reading the information below, please print & mail this order form along with the item you would like framed. You can type directly onto the form.

When custom-framing your invitation, extreme care is taken to ensure your satisfaction in the end result. I can work with you to meet whatever design expectations you may have or I'm happy to work independently to match the occasion’s unique style, color, or theme.
Please print the Order Form and mail it as a hard copy. You can pay via check, cash, money order, or PayPal.
If you would like to pay via Paypal, use the link below after reading the Order Form instructions:
Mail order form and payment (or details from PayPal) to me along with the invitation via USPS mail in an envelope with cardboard to protect invitation from being damaged or bent. Once I receive your package, I will send you an email to confirm receipt.
Please note that there are currently two order choices available:
1. Frame with regular timing (finished frame to arrive within 3 weeks)
2. Frame with Rush scheduling (less than 3 weeks), which is $20 additional.
Most wedding invitations are able to be framed within an 11x14 maximum frame size. If the invitation you have is an unusual size or shape, please feel free to contact me prior to sending.
Once I receive the invitation, I'll email to let you know that it arrived safely. Then work will begin!
Once the frame is done, it will be promptly and securely shipped to you. Clients will receive the finished frame within 3 weeks; rush orders can be accommodated at an additional cost. If you're placing an order for multiple frames, please contact me to discuss a discounted rate for combined shipping.
I'm located in River Edge, New Jersey. If you live within driving distance, you're welcome to pick up your frame once it's ready.
I'm confident that you'll be happy with the final result. If for any reason you're unhappy I'll work with you to resolve the situation. If necessary, I'm willing to refund your money upon receipt of the returned frame (although I'm happy to say that this has not yet been necessary).
